Terms & Conditions

General
The Terms and Conditions describe the contractual relationship between the AD Kira AG and the consumer of the web shop, and govern the conditions of the order processing on the internet.
The general terms and conditions are valid at time of processing online order. Agreements that deviate from these terms and conditions require written confirmation by the AD Kira AG

Prices, order and contract
All prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT (tax). Prices and invoice amounts are current at time of purchase.  The Euro will be updated daily by UBS Currency.

Service Coverage
Deliveries are made in advance around the world.

Product description and Liability Committee
Description and availability of products may change at any time. Products are packaged according to the consumer’s online order. AD Kira AG will not be liable for any typographical or graphical errors made by the consumer. Consumer cannot claim compensation.

Data protection
The Consumer’s personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection legislation. Personal data is only stored and processed as far as this is necessary for the purpose of the business relationship. AD Kira AG do not give information to third parties. Your data will never be used or resold for third-party advertising. After consumer has placed order, the customer information stored by AD Kira AG. The information is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.

Payment
Orders will be dispatched upon full payment only.

Delivery time
The delivery time is approximately 7 working days. In exceptional cases, it may take longer.

Delivery
Delivery time is calculated depending on the weight and volume. May be by Post, DPD or transport companies. Packaging is included, no supplement will not be withdrawn.

Complaints / Returns
The AD Kira AG warrants that the goods will be shipped in perfect condition. If delivered item are damaged or do not correspond to the ordered goods, you can return them within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The item must be sent back in the original packaging.

Final provision
Should one or more provisions of these Terms be invalid, this does not invalidate the entire contract. The ineffective regulation is replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
